ACCOMMODATION

We have two double rooms and one twin room all with private en-suite facilities. All rooms are tastefully decorated, with tea/coffee making facilities and colour t.v.'s. We pride ourselves on the standard or our furnishings, fittings and linens and have tried to cover every detail to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Room rates Double/Twin Ensuite from £60 per room per night including full English Breakfast, daily newspaper and wireless internet connection!

We have ample parking facilities for guests who also enjoy their own private entrance to this 'annexe' style accommodation. So no traipsing through someone's own front lounge to get to your room! This also gives you the freedom to come and go as you like. A small kitchen area is available with fridge etc. to keep any provisions fresh, chill drinks etc. during your stay.

Enjoy a leisurely, hearty cooked breakfast, using only the best locally sourced produce, served along side a variety of yoghurts, cereals and fresh fruit. Alex is more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs and weather permitting, breakfast can be eaten ‘al fresco’, taking in the spectacular views of the South Downs.
